Customs

 

A few customs in Finland are

• To shake hands and make eye contact when greeting eachother

• Say hello (hei)

• Use a person's first name when communicating in an informal conversation, and use their last name in a formal conversation.

• Do not put your hands in your pockets when talking, it is considered to be rude.

• Cover you mouth when you need to yawn.
